But we need more than this. The "Smartness" should not limit at individual level but reflect at a community or national levels. If we are to head towards a global village concept we need smarter governance. Can you make the technology provide "corruption free governance"? . I think they can. Second are the politically sensitive issues of morality, humanity and religion. Unless the criminal drive is controlled, no system would be fool proof!! Can technology help to make ourselves more morale and humane? I think they can. Hopefully we and our children would live in a "beautiful" world rather than a Gizmo battle field.
