Hi Bala, indeed the EnvEve applications have recently been extended to address distributed real-time air pollution monitoring, and have been taken under consideration by various cities in order to expand their current discrete air monitoring capabilities (based on few “certified” and very expensive control points). Similar approach has been taken for monitoring the industrial sites proxies.

This is a good approach and needs to be expanded to include several other factors such as the pollution caused by traffic congestion; in real-time.
