With nearly two-thirds of all consumers making a first purchase because of a digital experience, companies today are looking for ways to get more intelligent so that vast amounts of customer data — from demographics, to product-purchase histories, to online conversations — can be analyzed and turned into real value in real time.

Toward that end, IBM has announced new cloud and on-premise solutions that will help companies respond automatically to shifting consumer and business trends and connect online, mobile, and social channels to physical stores.  The new products combine technology from IBM’s Unica, Coremetrics and Sterling Commerce acquisitions with clever software created in IBM labs.

Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you
