Most of Mark's professional life has been spent working on how technology can help government work better in everything it does. He's concentrating right now, working for IBM's Global Government Industry, on smarter cities, on public safety, on social media and on cloud computing.
Although acclimatised to the USA, he sometimes waxes nostalgic about cricket, rugby, Shakespeare and IPA.
